The administrative organization of the proposed service is tentatively proposed as follows:

The Chief Executive Officer will run the company and oversee four divisions, each with an chief official representative. The four divisions of the organization will be music, marketing and sales, research and development, and technical.

The music team will work with artists and labels to negotiate licensing contracts and explore other ways to cooperate and work with these entities to benefit the music industry. The marketing and sales team will work to spread awareness of the service and generate revenue through selective advertising, as well as explore business partnerships with other organizations. The research and development team will conduct research related to the existing services of the website and propose new services for the site to develop. The technical team will work on the technical elements of the service, including web and software development, database development and maintenance, and technical support.
